Our Milestone
HappyDoc began in 2016 with a simple purpose: to serve the everyday health needs of families in Pastrana, Leyte. What started as a small community pharmacy became a place where people came not only for medicines, but also for guidance, reassurance, and care they could trust.
Over time, we saw more clearly what many families needed: healthcare that was closer, easier to understand, more affordable, and more connected. Patients needed access to medicines, but they also needed reliable advice, timely support, and a system that would guide them beyond a single transaction.
In 2018, HappyDoc expanded into pharmaceutical distribution, allowing us to support not only individual patients, but also institutions, government partners, and healthcare facilities that depended on steady access to medicines and medical supplies. This chapter strengthened our foundation in procurement, storage, logistics, regulatory compliance, and responsible medicine availability.
From there, HappyDoc continued to grow with the needs of the communities we serve. What began as a pharmacy slowly became something more complete: a healthcare provider that brings together clinic services, laboratory testing, imaging procedures, pharmacy, digital health, and mobile/community-based care in one coordinated system.
Now, as we expand our services to Tacloban, we carry a much bigger purpose: to make quality healthcare more accessible to more families, closer to where they live, work, and build their lives. This expansion is not only about opening a larger facility. It is about bringing together more services, better coordination, and a more complete patient experience for the communities we serve.
Our journey has always been shaped by one belief: healthcare should not feel fragmented, confusing, or out of reach. It should guide patients from consultation and diagnosis to treatment, records, follow-up, and continuing care.
What began as a small community pharmacy has grown into an integrated healthcare provider, still carrying the same heart it started with: to care for Filipino families with compassion, reliability, and service close to home.
