HappyDoc is composed of over 50 staff members across its clinics, laboratory, imaging, pharmacy, digital health, data management, warehouse, mobile, and support services. Our team includes doctors, nurses, medical technologists, radiologic technologists, pharmacists, front desk staff, data and digital health personnel, pharmacy and warehouse teams, drivers, support staff, and many others who help keep the whole system moving.
Each role is different, but every person contributes to the same patient journey. Some welcome patients at the front desk. Some listen, examine, assist, and guide patients during consultation and procedures. Some process laboratory tests, perform imaging procedures, prepare medicines, manage records, support digital systems, deliver supplies, maintain facilities, and make sure services continue safely and smoothly each day.
