HappyDoc provides different types of medical consultations depending on the patient’s needs and care pathway. These include consultations for HappyDoc+ members, out-of-pocket patients, PhilHealth members, telemedicine patients, and other consultation types.

Through these consultations, patients may be assessed for common illnesses, ongoing symptoms, preventive health concerns, chronic disease monitoring, follow-up care, and other primary care needs. The doctor may provide a diagnosis, treatment plan, prescription, laboratory or imaging request, referral, health advice, or follow-up instructions.

HappyDoc also provides medical certification services when appropriate. These may include billable and no-charge medical certifications, depending on the purpose and applicable clinic policy.

Medical certifications help patients secure proper documentation for school, work, fitness, health clearance, follow-up requirements, or other legitimate needs, based on the doctor’s assessment.

HappyDoc’s clinic services also include selected basic and minor procedures that can be safely performed in an outpatient setting. These include services such as antibiotic injection, tetanus injection, IV insertion, skin testing, FBC insertion or change, NGT insertion or change, and other clinic-based procedures.

These procedures support patients who need simple medical interventions without necessarily going to a hospital, provided that the procedure is within HappyDoc’s approved service capability and the patient is clinically suitable.

HappyDoc also offers certain minor procedures such as wound suturing, wound debridement, incision and drainage, foreign body removal, excision of skin lesions, arthrocentesis with intra-articular injection, and circumcision.

These services help address common outpatient conditions that require hands-on medical care, proper wound management, or minor procedural treatment. They are performed with attention to patient safety, infection prevention, proper documentation, and follow-up instructions.

HappyDoc provides vaccination services, including vaccines such as Hepatitis B, influenza, and pneumococcal vaccines, with administration service included.
